Today, the PHS choir traveled to Sioux Falls for a clinic at Augustana. They worked with Dr. Russ Svenningsen, Dr. David Chin, and Professor Natalie Campbell on their contest set. They have made some incredible progress. Thank you Augie staff!

PRE-SCHOOL SCREENING
The Parkston School District, in conjunction with Head Start will be offering a free screening for those children who will be between the ages of 3 and 4 by September 1, 2024. Children will have screenings for vision and hearing, as well as all areas of development and cognitive skills. This is available whether you intend to send your child to preschool or not.
Who: Any child age 3 to 4 by September 1, 2024
When: Wednesday & Thursday, March 13th & 14th for Preschool Screening
8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the 13th
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the 14th
NO PRESCHOOL MARCH 13th & 14TH

Parkston FFA is kicking off National FFA Week tomorrow morning with a Pancake Breakfast! Everyone is the community is welcome to join us from 7:00-9:00am for a great meal and conversation! Free Will Donation. Make sure you don't miss it!
Friday February 9th five of our PHS students headed to Vermillion SD to compete in art wars!
Each Student chose 2 mediums to compete in. They were given 90 minutes from start to finish in the area they chose (painting, drawing, clay, photography) to complete a piece with a given prompt. It was an amazing day hanging out with over 200 other artists in our region!
