Welcome to the 1st year of our Parkston Youth Cheer Program! The program is intended for grades K – 7th. It is an opportunity for
all skill levels to learn the fundamentals of Cheerleading – jumps, motions, cheers, dance, tumbling, and stunting! Think about if your student is entering 6th, 7th and plans to join comepetetive cheer, this is a great opportunity to get started!
Practices are held on Thursday evenings each week from 6:30-7:30pm for a total of 12 Practices for the program!
- Participants will need to wear CLEAN athletic shoes and athletic clothing. Hair is required to be pulled back out of the face.
Cost for the program is $145 which includes a free program shirt (that breaks down to less than $12 per practice!)
*Full payment is due at registration. We will not accept cash. There are 2 ways to register!! You may use the paper
registration form & pay by check OR through the online registration link & pay by credit card.

- Jan 4 – Feb 1 & Feb 15 – March 21st : Thursday practices
What will my child learn? Everything Cheerleading! Practices will consist of stations to learn and perfect Jumps, Tumbling, Motions, Cheer, Chant,
and Dance! No experience is necessary. Performance opportunities are TBD until finalized.
Who are the coaches? The 2023 Competitive Varsity High School Athletes will be coaching with the assistance of their Coaches.
Communications: All program communications will be done through an app called BAND. Once registration closes, you will receive an invitation
