Friday February 9th five of our PHS students headed to Vermillion SD to compete in art wars! Each Student chose 2 mediums to compete in. They were given 90 minutes from start to finish in the area they chose (painting, drawing, clay, photography) to complete a piece with a given prompt. It was an amazing day hanging out with over 200 other artists in our region!

ATTENTION ALL PLAY PEOPLE! We are doing auditions for The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL DURING SRB (On Orange Days) AFTER SWCHOOL AUDITIONS RUN FROM WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 7TH-WEDNESDAY FEBRAURY 14TH There will be a read through in MRS. ANDERA'S room on THURSDAY FEBRUARY 15th for everyone who is cast! There are SO MANY PART (big and small!), so please come and have some fun doing some THEATER! I will also have a calendar available for you. If you can't come to auditions, please feel free to talk to Mrs. Andera and you can audition any time this week.

PEH has qualified for State as a team with the 4th highest team score and 6 gymnasts will be competing individually in one or more events! Congratulations and best of luck on Friday and Saturday in Pierre!!

Congratulations to Evan Bartelt and Mackenzie Titze for their selection in the University of South Dakota Quad States Honor Band Festival! There are two bands at the event comprised of 85 students from 18 schools in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

HOSA is selling bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes tonight at the DH vs. Gregory! We are raising awareness for Colorectal Health tonight. Come support our cause! Cakes are $7 per cake. Flavors are: Red Velvet, Confetti, and Snickerdoodle!
