GO TROJANS!
PHS now offers a new science elective to juniors and seniors: Forensics Science! A big thank you to Chief Matt Van Der Linden and Officer Ciaran Glynn for coming to class to talk about their jobs, as well as protocol and tools used for crime scene investigation. Chief Van Der Linden showed the students how to lift prints with a fingerprint powder, but explained that there are more modern practices that involve LED lights and dye stains. The students enjoyed a Q&A session with them and look forward to them coming back again!

Good Morning Parents,
This message is to notify you that for Tuesday thru Friday of this week, in grades 6-12, we are going to swap 4th block and SRB. 4th block will run from 1:00-2:20 and SRB will run from 2:25-3:05. We have a very busy week filled with AWAY activities for sports and programs. The last couple of weeks have been a challenge and we have lost a lot of in-person classroom time. We make this change in an effort to minimize the amount of classroom time lost in our 4th block classes due to early dismissals for road competitions. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Knippling. Thank you.
Winter Weather has again impacted our events. See attached for most recent updates. The Little "B" Parkston Wrestling Tournament will take place tomorrow morning at 10:00am.
